The Summit for Collegiate
Leadership focused on growth
and confidence in chapter
development, providing a tailored
institute model for collegiate
leaders. The three-day event took
place February 28-March 2 in
Chicago. Chapters were asked to
send their president and vice
president of recruitment as well
as their recruitment advisor.
This immersive experience
centered on skill development
with connections to their Sigma
Kappa roles. Through general
sessions and role-specific tracks,
participants explored strategies
to strengthen their chapters and
their leadership impact.

Summit for Volunteers

Summit for Volunteers is a halfday remote event to give local and
national volunteers
developmental education. In
February, attendees focused on
building strategy using their
strengths. Through individual
reflection and collective
conversation, each volunteer had
the opportunity to increase their
skills to lead meaningful
collaboration and focused action
planning.
